This sources sought announcement is for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A contract may not be awarded as a result of this sources sought announcement. Solicitation Number W15QKN-12-R-H019 has been assigned for informational and planning purposes. All information submitted to the below referenced points of contacts (POCs) must reference the solicitation number. The US Army Contracting Command, Fort Dix, NJ, on behalf of the Program Executive Office-Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Program Management, Integrated Personnel and Pay System- Army (PM IPPS-A) intends to acquire Actuate Software Licenses and annual Maintenance/Support. The contractor shall provide Actuate BIRT iServer Base Software, Actuate eReports for iServer Software, Actuate eReports Design Professional, BIRT Information Designer Bundle Software Licenses, BIRT Viewer and Report Viewer, BIRT Interactive Viewer and Interactive Report Viewer, BIRT 360 Dashboard Reports and a Maintenance Support Plan for the software licenses. Only authorized resellers of Actuate or the original equipment manufacturer may respond to this announcement. All authorized resellers must provide evidence of their ability to resell Actuate products (reseller agreement). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type of contract is anticipated. The anticipated period of performance will be for one base year and two twelve month option years. In accordance with FAR Part 19, the government seeks maximum practicable opportunities for small business participation for this acquisition. Interested small business concerns that are qualified as a small business concern under NAICS code 511210 with a size standard of $25M are encouraged to submit their capability packages. Please submit capability statements (not to exceed 1 page) for all items identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractors are responsible for all costs for submitting their capability packages. All contractors must submit their capability statement and questions to the SOW via email to the POC listed below no later than 20 April 2012 by 1:00 PM EST. All contractors must submit as part of the capability packages the company CAGE code, DUNS number, company POC, address/telephone number, and the companys size standard in accordance with the above NAICS code.
