- This is a Small Business set-aside. The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA, has a requirement for a breaker monitor system for the ABB generator circuit breakers. At this point, the Government anticipates a brand name sole source award for ABB, 3 Independence Way, Princeton, NJ 08540, monitoring system. For a copy of the solicitation go to the website www.fedbizopps.gov and download solicitaiton R12PS17124. The drawings are available by faxing Peter Erie at 509-633-9175.
