- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-57. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R12PS30187 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Parker Dam, California, has a requirement for the rental of fire resistant protective clothing for Parker Dam Employees located at Parker Dam, Hwy 95, CA 92267. It is anticipated that one Purchase Order will be awarded with one (1) base year and four (4 ) option years based on the lowest priced, responsive quote from a responsible quoter. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 812332, Work Clothing and Uniform Supply. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 812332 is 35.5 million in average annual receipts. Line Item 0001 - Base Year. Protective Clothing for Parker. A more detailed Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. Line Item 0002 - Option Year 1. Protective Clothing for Parker. A more detailed Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. Line Item 0002 - Option Year 2. Protective Clothing for Parker. A more detailed Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. Line Item 0002 - Option Year 3. Protective Clothing for Parker. A more detailed Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. Line Item 0002 - Option Year 4. Protective Clothing for Parker. A more detailed Statement of Work is attached to the RFQ. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial itemsFAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Quoters shall include in their quote a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Quoters may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.orca.bpn.gov. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial ItemsFAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial items.
