- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and incidentals necessary for the installation of a backup generator, in accordance with the solicitation documents. Project Location: Haskell Indian Nations University, 155 Indian Avenue, Lawrence, KS 66046. NAICS 238210, Size Standard: $14.0 Million, PSC N061. Project Estimate is between $25,000 - $100,000. This project is being solicited and will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This project is not being set-a-side under the Buy Indian Act, but the successful contractor will be required to comply with DIAPR Clause 1452.226-70 and 1452.226-71, which requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises. Information Regarding Bidding Material: All solicitation documents will be available as of 4/16/12 and will be accessible through http://ideasec.nbc.gov or through http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Parties interested in submitting a proposal for the construction of this project, will be received and opened at 3:00 p.m. (CT), Friday, May 4, 2012, at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office (SPRO), Branch of Contracts, 100 Riverside Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005.
