Description
Supply with some service, PR# F3YCGZ2040B001: The contracctor shall design, install, test, train government personnel, and provide written commercial-typical maintenance documentation for an electric hoist system necessary to support repair capacity of a jet engine Heavy Maintenance Center facility located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Line Item 0001 - Bridge Crane 5 ton rating, two hoists, 3 ea Line Item 0002 - Bridge Crane 3 ton rating, two hoists, 2 ea Line Item 0003 - Bridge Crane 2 ton rating, two hoists, 4 ea Line Item 0004 - Additional programmable control pendants, 5 ea The contractor shall integrate his/her design to work with the existing government bridge rail systems, building structures, and electric power system. A full statement of work is available upon request from the buyer, Holly Crothers at holly.crothers@tinker.af.mil. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A site visit will be conducted on May 7, 2012 at 10:00am. All interested parties should plan to attend. NOTICE OF PRE-BID/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (MAY 1996) (a) A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 3001 Staff Drive, Tinker AFB, OK 73145 on May 7, 2012 at 10:00am for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. (b) Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 2) to Holly Crothers at holly.crothers@tinker.af.mil prior to May 4, 2012. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. (c) Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than May 3, 2012. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. (d) A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers
