Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 has a requirement for a Architectural and Engineering Project 614 This is notice of Intent to Sole Source with Hart Freeland and Roberts,, 4132 First Avenue, Nitro, WV 25143-1300. The Statutory Authority Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition cited is: 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and U.S.C. 253(d)(1)(B). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Supplies/services may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in-(B) unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirement.
