- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Central Montana District Office. The BLM intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract(s) for Janitorial Services to be performed in Fort Benton Montana. This will be a base year plus 2 option year contract that will be awarded based on Best Value. Go to FedConnect (www.fedconnect.net) for project details. RFQ documents include: SF-1449, L12PS00452 (Clauses and Provisions), Performance Work Statement, Building Layout, and Service Wage Determination. In addition, attached are the Schedule of Items (Quote Form), Past Performance Questionnaire, and Offeror Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs) which are to be returned with the quote package. Please see 52.212-2 for additional Quote Requirements. No Site Visit will be scheduled. However, all quoters are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the project location and site conditions before quoting. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. The NAICS code that best describes this project is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 million. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to qualify for award. Registration in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is not mandatory but encouraged. Both self-registration sites can be found at www.bpn.gov.
