This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; sealed bids are being requested. This action is set-aside for small business. A 20% bid bond is required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required within 10 days of award. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price NAICS code: 237310; small business size is set at $33.5 million average annual receipts. Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov) Solicitation number #AG-83A7-S-12-0006 being issued as an Invitation for Bid. The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 dated April 4, 2012. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of these and any clauses may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far/index.html. Proposals are required to be received no later than 10:00 am Mountain Daylight Time, Monday, May 14, 2012, and must include the following: Company name, address phone numbers, DUNS number, the itemized bid, and the appropriate bid bond.
