Description
RFP- 486-12-018_Private Financing Advisory Network-Asia (PFAN-Asia) Program, USAID/RDMA, Thailand Subject: Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 486-12-018 Private Financing Advisory Network-Asia (PFAN-Asia) Program, USAID/RDMA, Thailand To All Prospective Offerors: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services as described in the attached solicitation. USAID plans to award a five-year Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type, cost reimbursement contract. The purpose of this contract is to implement the PFAN-Asia program through the various tasks described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The regional PFAN-Asia program is intended to assist Asian businesses, governments, and others to mobilize and scale up investments in clean energy through increased access to financing. The United States Agency for International Development's Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA) is based in Bangkok, Thailand and supports activities across the Asia-Pacific region that address regional developmental and environmental priorities. RDMA also provides targeted assistance in selected countries that do not have a permanent USAID presence. RDMA's Regional Environment Office (REO) will manage the PFAN-Asia program and direct program coordination with other relevant USAID operating units and US Government (USG) agencies. Address: Consistent to C.4.2 Geographical Scope, performance of this contract shall take place initially in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) sub-region and support activities in Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, and Malaysia Starting in year 2 of the program the Contractor must either deepen support to the ASEAN sub-region or expand activities to also include the South Asia sub-region, including Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka., Thailand
