- SPM4A7-12-R-1312 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 32 each of NSN 1560-01-263-6639, PLATE, STRUCTURAL, AI. This is used on the B-1B Aircraft. Delivery will be required within 500 Days after Receipt of Order including FAT production, FAT Testing, and Production. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. The RFP will be available after April 18, 2012, on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This item has a FAT Requirement; Government Testing, on one item, testing will be done at FY2303, Tinker AFB.. Delivery in 180 Days will be required for the FAT.
