- The U. S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of the Program Management - Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the repair of the Improved Position and Azimuth Determining System (IPADS). This requirement is for an indefinite quantity with a maximum dollar value of $629.305.68 on a sole source basis. The Justification & Approval (J&A) addresses Only One Responsible Source. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
