- PUMPHOUSE IMPROVEMENTS 2012 Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for the Pumphouse Improvements 2012 project, located in Grand County, Colorado. The Work consists of the following: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to improve an existing aggregate parking area, widen and improve the grade on an existing aggregate boatramp, place aggregate surfacing, construct concrete sidewalk, erect a steel cabana with concrete floor, install parking delineators and stops, install wood barrier posts, demo existing wood timbers and posts, and construct timber parking timber stalls. Work also includes developing the construction stake-out plan, and performing the construction staking for the project. The solicitation shall be set aside for Total Small Business. NAICS code is 23731, (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction); size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated period of performance is 100 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $500,000. The Site Tour will be April 2, 2012, and that work will begin the beginning of May.
