- Description
- Potential contractor's shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and tools to provide herbicide and nuisance plant control services for specified locations at the Richard B. Russel Project. Any person applying herbicide shall be licensed and certified in the categories of the required methods. All work shall be in accordance with industry standards and all appropriate Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "Safety and Health Requirements Manuals", EM 385-1-1, available online at http://140.194.76.129/publications/eng-manuals/em385-1-1/2008_English/toc.html. Hard copies of EM 385-1-1 are available at the Project Manager's Office. The contractor shall provide MSDS sheets for all material used on the project. The contractor shall complete and submit a post-application document form after each application. The form will be provided by the Government.
