- Medical Second Opinion The U.S. Department of Labor intends to solicit services for Medical Second Opinion in support of the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) with a place of performance served by OWCP's District Offices in Kansas City, MO. The objective of this requirement is to procure Medical second opinion services (SECOP) for affected claimants who reside within the area served by OWCP's District Offices Kansas City, MO.
