- IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! The deadline to submit questions for this solicitation is COB Wednesday April 18,2012. IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! Reference change to attachment five (5) to the solicitation. Past Performance Questionnaire due date has changed from 13 April to 23 April at 4:30pm Mountain Time. IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! Please reference solicitation amendment 1. The site visit has changed from Monday 9 April 2012 to Tuesday 10 April 2012. IMPORTANT NOTICE!!Please reference solicitation amendment 1. The Offer Due Date in block 8 of the solicitation has changed FROM Sunday 22 April 2012, 4:30 pm Mountain time TO Monday 23 April 2012, 4:30 pm Mountain time. Please see final solicitation package posted 2 April 2012. This is a solicitation notice for the C-IED MOUT Training Complex for the 27th Special Operations Wing/XP at Cannon Air force Base New Mexico. Type of resultant contract is a Firm Fixed Price with the option to add additional training areas. The resultant contract will be awarded to a single Offeror who provides the Government with the best value using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) process IAW 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 of the solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice being issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package amendment 1. Contractor MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or his/her proposal will not be considered. Further information of Central Contractor Registration is available at website http://www.ccr.gov. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside and only small business concerns will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 portable buildings, prefabricated metal, manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. NO PARTIAL PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED, NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in proposals.
