- US Army Contracting Command proposes to award a sole source firm fixed price commercial contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. 7031 Columbia Gateway Drive, 3rd Flr, Columbia, MD 21046 for Annual Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Maintenance Service and Support for the LMR Infrastructure Equipment for NETCOM. To best of the Government's knowledge, there are not any other firms that can satisfy this requirement. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement to Laura Szep, Contract Specialist, Email: laura.k.szep.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by 3:00 PM EST 16 April 2012.
