- Performance Work Statement, dated 6 Apr 12 FA8125-12-R-0013 Amendment 02 Amendment 02 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Replace the incorporated Performance Work Statement (PWS) with the PWS dated 6 Apr 12. 2) Add solicitation provision DFARS 252.209-7999. 3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. THIS IS RESERVED FOR 8(A): ALL NATIVE INC. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
