- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for two sites in Precincts 1 and 2, Lubbock County, Texas. The project for bank stabilization shall consist of the placement of graded rock riprap with 9' and 11' piers connected together with C- channel, and 5 concrete weirs with graded rock rip in a drainage ditch. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. It is expected the solicitation package to include specifications and drawings, will be posted the week of May 1, 2012. A site showing will be conducted. The site showing information will be posted later, as an amendment to this announcement Price Range: $100,000 - $250,000
