The two NSNs that were added to the contract are listed below and they are direct replacements for Radio Receiver, NSN 5826-01-241-6869, which became obsolete under the existing contract. Radio Receiver, NSN 5826-01-293-4789, P/N 622-6812-003 Radio Receiver, NSN 5826-01-600-6180, P/N 622-6812-102 The existing contract included the following NSNs: Receiver, NSN 5826-01-444-0314, P/N 622-6376-020 Control, NSN 5826-01-444-0317, P/N 522-4408-013 Mount, NSN 5975-01-465-1268, P/N 822-1479-001 Radio Receiver, NSN 5826-01-241-6869, P/N 622-6812-002 Control, NSN 5826-01-341-5089, P/N 622-6813-004 Unique Control, NSN 5826-01-395-5325, P/N 622-6813-005 Black Antenna, NSN 5985-01-446-2574, P/N 622-6820-003 Receiver Transmitter, NSN 5826-01-386-8807, P/N 622-8149-001 The original contract instrument is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) long-term contract with one five-year base period and no option years. Rockwell Collins is the sole manufacturer and sole offeror. Sole source justification per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
