- 4/12/2012: THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS HEREBY REPLACED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH THE FOLLOWING: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Items 0001-0008 below are being requested as ‘items unique to the manufacturer' no substitutions will be accepted. This Front Porch Digital (FPD) Diva actors requirement is an upgrade/replacement for the American Forces Network Broadcast Center's (AFN-BC) Television Broadcast System that contains twelve Diva FPD actors which are controlled by AFN-BC FPD Diva Manager. The FPD Diva actors are responsible for caching and transferring large LXF video files from engineering's Isilon Network Attached Storage (NAS) system to the Sony PetaSite Near On-Line Data Tape storage systems. The FPD Diva requirements must communicate and execute operations with AFN-BCs current Front Porch Diva system. a. CLIN 0003: 1 EACH NOUN: Installation, Integration MFR: Front Porch Digital (FPD) PART NUMBER: DESCRIPTION: Installation, integration, and acceptance of new actor into AFN-BCs existing Diva network. e.
