- AMENDMENT 001. (A001) AMENDMENT FOR STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW): Libya: Oil and Gas Sector DM solicitation: Specifically, the DM contractor shall be required to: (1) Meet with a broad array of U.S. companies interested in oil and gas sector in Libya; (2) Travel to Libya, within 2 weeks of approval and issue of a Libyan business visa, for approximately 10 business days, including the cities of Tripoli and Benghazi; (3) Meet with prospective grantees and other stakeholders; (4) Identify and evaluate project opportunities in the oil and gas sector in Libya and provide recommendations; (5) Develop at least 2-3 scopes of work and budgets; (6) Deliver Final Report no later than June 29, 2012; and, (7) Deliver technical input per the request of COR through September 30, 2012, or as otherise indicated by the COR.
