- Complete Solicitaion and Specifications Predominant Production Function: The predominant production function of this order is large format digital printing or screen printing. Contract Clause 6, "Subcontracts," of GPO Contract Terms (GPO Publications 310.2, effective December 1, 1987 (Rev. 6-01), states that no portion of the predominant production function may be subcontracted. PRODUCT: These specifications set forth the requirements for the removal of existing graphics where applicable and surveying, designing, proofing, printing, delivery, and installation of large format window graphics. Graphics are exterior mounted, print in full color, and will require a clear protective coating. Deliver FOB Destination. QUANTITY: 49 locations totaling approximately 3,555 Square Feet of material to install. 19 locations require coverage of all windows and doors for an estimated 2,736 square feet of material. 30 locations require removal and coverage of doors only for an estimated 819 square feet of material removed and installed. 22 locations have 1 door. 8 locations have 2 or more doors. The total estimated amount of material to be removed is 1,368 square feet including the above mentioned doors. The actual square footage of this order cannot be determined until completion. The contractor must bill for the actual square footage removed and installed.
