- THIS IS A SOLICATION for commercial training prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M6700112Q0140 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-56 Correction 02 April 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611420. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is a request for a submission of quotes/proposals and does not constitute a contract or authorization to begin work. Nor does an offeror s submission of a quote constitute a contract or authorize him/her to begin work. Pricing Quote Submission: 1. The Government will conduct the price evaluation required by FAR 13.106-2. a. The Contractor s submitted price quote must reflect the unit prices and extended/overall amounts. b. All submitted pricing must be actual face-value pricing, having already accounted for any discounts offered and extended to the Government. All quotes submitted shall be Contractor s best pricing. Delivery: The Government requires delivery of training 30 days after the contract award date. Requirement: Complete requirements of training and deliverable materials is outlined in Attachment #1, Statement of Work. Please read all attachments in their entirety before submitting a quote.
