- PR Request IQC12081009005, NSN: 5120-355-4482, Jack, Leveling Support. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 6 each with an estimated annual demand of 24, and a maximum annual Contract of 48 each. End Item Application: Distribution System Mobile Electric Power (MIDS). This item a part number from an approved source of supply: Pearson Engineering LTD, Cage K0824, P/N PE23730. Solicitation is a surge, unrestrictive on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 120 days ARO. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Solicitation closing date is May 27, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
