- Project Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance is: Completed within 140 days after award. SUMMARY OF THE WORK A. REMOVAL WORK: Remove all items indicated on the drawings and in the specifications - WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE SOLICITATION TO BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 18 APRIL - and dispose of at the Contractor's expense including but not limited to: 1. Remove the existing light poles and luminaries specified on the attached drawings. 2. Recycle all qualified demo materials at a site off of Fort McCoy. B. NEW WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work under this contract including but not limited to: 1. Install new light poles to replace the demolished poles. The new poles shall mount on the existing concrete bases without modification. 2. Install new LED shoebox style luminaries on the new light poles or existing poles as specified on the attached drawings. C. REPAIR WORK: Contractor shall repair any damages caused by this construction, including but not limited to: 1. Repair any wiring necessary to energize the new fixtures. 2. Repair any existing construction which is damaged. Please note: Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and materials necessary to replace street lights on 8th Ave and Buildings 35, 50, 51 parking lots at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work is to be done in accordance with all existing Federal, State, and local codes.
