- PR Request IQC12081009004, NSN: 5342-01-218-6544, Mount, Resilient, Weapon. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 15 each with an estimated annual demand of 59, and a maximum annual Contract of 118 each. End Item Application: Blackhawk Helicopter. This item is a drawing from an approved source of supply: SKF USA Inc. DBA SKF Aerospace Sealing Solutions, Cage 80201, P/N 70361-08001-103, QAP 13873 QAP-027 DTD 06 AUG 01 I/A/W DRAWING NR 78286 70361-08001. Solicitation is unrestrictive, on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 101 days ARO. It is a Critical Safety Item, a Flight Safety Critical Item and has surge with an MWR quantity of Three (3). Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
