- Description
- The Contractor shall provide for all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment and incidentals required for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on the Boise National Forest. Work performed under this contract shall be completed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. The Contracting Officer will issue individual job orders for each project as part of this contract. Individual job order projects will vary in size ($2,000 to $28,000). The Contractor will be required to perform multi-discipline construction, maintenance and remodeling work using common trades. The common trades may include, but not limited to trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, laborers, equipment operators, roofers, concrete, masonry, painting, trades identified in the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination and other trades common to the construction industry. Work shall include the preparation of Job Order Proposals to include project scoping, cost estimating and development of Job Order specifications and/or requirements. Multiple award IDIQ contract anticipated Base plus 4 option years Min $2,500 to Max $150,000 per year
