- Site Visit Information A formal site visit will be held on April 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the cafeteria of the JFK School. All visitors are required to sign in at the front office to receive a badge. The badge must be worn at all times and individuals must stay within the group. Questions shall be submitted in writing not later than 4:00 PM local time on April 20, 2012. The quotation response time is unchanged and remains April 26, 2012 at 3:00 local time. Electronic submission of quotations is authorized. Submit to kevin.warren@bia.gov
