- Statement of Objectives Market Research Questionnaire THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A Government requirement for this service is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. A small business set-aside is being considered. The government is interested in all small businesses including (8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Business or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. The 21st Contracting Squadron is searching for vendors that can provide support for space control and cyber warfare mission areas. Please see the attached statement of objectives and market research questionnaire. All contractors MUST meet the mandatory security requirements identified in the statement of objectives' constraints and market research questionnaire. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligate the Government to award any contract. This notice is to help in determining potential sources only. No solicitation is currently available. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be posted later at https://www.fbo.gov and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. A response to this sources sought synopsis is NOT a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly.
