- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Andor Technology to purchase an Andor iXon 897 or equivalent with the following features and specifications: Feature Specification Active Pixels 512 x 512 Pixel Size 16 x 16 µm pixel well depth 160,000 e- Max. Readout Rate 17 MHz Frame Rate 56 - 11074 fps Read Noise < 1 e- with EM gain Digitization 16-bit QEmax > 90% Max TE cooling (air) -85 deg C Interface USB 2.0 Dark current @ -85 deg C 0.001 e-/pixel/sec EM Gain 1-1000 Timestamp Accuracy 10 ns Lens Mount C-mount Cropped sensor mode 1 x 1 - 512 x 512 This is not a request for competitive proposals.
