- SCOPE OF WORK AND BID PACKAGE THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Hartford Job Corps Academy (HJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 100 William Shorty Campbell Street, Hartford, CT. 06106 are desirous of a certified, bonded, licensed, and fully insured Johns Manville Certified Roofing Contractor to submit a bid on the project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following combined work project according to the established criteria contained within same. There will be a pre-bid walk through/conference and contractor sign in on 20 April 2012 at 10:00 AM. Final bids are due to this center, Attention: Procurement office, not later than 27 April 2012 at 4:00 PM.
