- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N2MX2068A001, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325611; size standard is 750 Employees. This acquisition is reserved 100% for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. Westover ARB requires 3000 gallons of Aircraft Wash Compound, MIL-PRF-87937, type IV, NSN 6850-01-506-7706. The requirement will be fulfilled in one (1) delivery made to Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee MA Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 12:00PM, 3 May 2012, to the Westover Air Reserve Base Contracting Office, ATTN: Dawn Whelan, 250 Airlift Drive, Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA 01022.
