- This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses, including: 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) Women-owned Small Businesses (WOSB) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses Veteran-owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran owned small businesses Large Businesses DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested and capable of supplying ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy-PIB. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in the Repubilc of Turkey. The total estimated quantity for Program 1.8K is in excess of 4 million gallons distributed over approximately 15 line items. The products procured consist of: Diesel Fuel (Turkey PC&S)(DT2) Gasoline, Premium (ULG) Aviation Gasoline, Dyed (100LL) The deadline for responding to this Sources Sought Notice is April 27, 2012.
