- Description
- The proposed contract action is for Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., Poway, CA 92064, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) anticipates issuance of a sole source solicitation for CETS to provide on-site technical assistance and advice to the ANG units across the MQ-1/9 aircraft platform. The resultant contract will be for services estimated to start 01 Sep 12 through 31 Dec 14. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination was made not to compete this proposed procurement since proprietary rights preclude access to full technical data and specifications suitable for full and open competition.
