- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, is soliciting offers for the purchase of sixty (60) - Hydro-Pneumatic Rubber Floating Submarine Fenders 4.5 m Diameter x 9.0 m length, sixty (60) - Hydro-Pneumatic Rubber Floating Submarine Fenders 3.3 m Diameter x 10.6 m length, sixty (60) Fender Kits, Fender Storage and Hardware Tool Container Kits and one (1) Shipping and Installation Support Costs. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Low Cost Technically Acceptable (LCTA)Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The estimated quantity will be 12 each for each line item, with a minimum order quantity of one (1). This solicitation will contain a base year with four (4) options years. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 days after the posting of synopsis. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov at the appropriate date listed for release of the solicitation.
