Yes, we have all 4.What quantity of scrubs are delivered on hangers? To be determined (we currently purchase and launder our scrubs in house) 5.Are shower and cubicle curtains VA owned or rental? Owned 6.Is the QAE (section 7) administered by the VA or the service provider? VA 7.What are your current delivery days and times? Tuesday and Friday - 8:00am 8.Can you provide a distribution of personal clothing pounds versus general linen? No, personal clothing is included with general linen 9.Are there any provisions for loss billing? No 10.Do you need a copy of the reps and certs (p. 28) if they are currently completed on line in ORCA? No, standardized with American Textile Systems 12.The bath towel is listed as 24x48 while a 22x44 is the standard size for healthcare applications. Is 24x48 actually the towel size? Yes 13.Is the mattress pad VA owned or rental? Contractor provides 14.Is a blue stripe dish towel acceptable as opposed to red? Yes 15.Is a Velcro closure bib acceptable in place of a snap closure? Yes, provided the Velcro can withstand washing 16.Are the dust mops and wet mops VA owned or rental? Owned and laundered in-house 17.Are the PJs and robes the standard VA spec? Yes 18.What is a special robe? Women Veterans 19.What is an Angel Cleaning Kit? 12" x 12" 100% polyester mesh bag with zipper closure used for laundering microfiber kits (pads, cloths, etc.) 20.Are the specific color codes for OR wrappers necessary or would alternative color codes be acceptable? Quality necessary, not colors 21.Would it be possible to see samples of some of these items? No
