- The purpose of this annoucement is to provide the draft AVCATT RA Concurrency Upgrade RFP for Industry's review and comment. A final RFP will be forthcoming and is planned for Industry release in May 2012, with a contract award scheduled for January 2013. Offerors shall submit their draft RFP questions (draft RFP Attachment 10- RFP Comment Form) to the POCs listed below no later than 1600, 20 April 2012. Non-proprietary questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps. Additionally, the GFI data may be obtained by completing draft RFP Attachment 14- Distribution Agreement, to the POCs listed below no later than 1600, 20 April 2012.
