Description

The VA Healthcare System Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) has a requirement for PressureWire Certus Guidewires (Brand Name or Equal to St. Jude Medical Item #12006). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is: St. Jude Medical, Inc., 1 Saint Jude Medical Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55117-1799. Twenty (20) boxes Annually - PressureWire Certus FFR Measurement System Guidewire. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from VA Healthcare System Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.Please contact the contracting officer at marc.amorese@va.gov.
