- Brand name justification. List of IBM product numbers. FSA plans to renegotiate an Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) with IBM for the following suites of products: DataPower, Guardium (Mainframe & Distributed, ConnectDirect, and Accelerated Value Program. In some cases FSA is simply renewing maintenance and support but there are areas where the number of licenses are adjusted and new products added. All certified resellers are encouraged to submit a quote. Please find attached the IBM product numbers and the limited source justification for the renewal. The Passport Advantage Site Number is 7624760. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Department to Julie.Liu@ed.gov with “IBM” referenced in the subject line.
