- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Iowa City Care System intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single, firm fixed-price contract provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete NRM project 636-12-009, 'Install EtO Abators'. All respondents must be registered in the CCR database (http://www.ccr.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through this website. Hard copies will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing to issuing office via email to melissa.hutchison2@va.gov. Issue date is tentatively scheduled for April 12th, 2012. Proposals are due by 1400 April 26th and should be sent to VAMC Iowa City, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246 Attn: Melissa S. Hutchison. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a corresponding small business size standard of 14.0 million.
