- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. USAMRAA, on behalf of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), Fort Detrick, MD, intends to acquire the Klas Enterprises, LLC brand name or equal web-based, subscription-based web service which provides impartial reviews of actual customer experience with a healthcare information technology market segment, or particular product (both individual and aggregated). Healthcare information technology includes electronic health records, electronic medical records, personal health records, health information exchanges, and medical devices and equipment, and mobile healthcare. The brand name or equal clause, 52.211-6, is included in this solicitation.
