- Brief Description of Intended Contract: The Government has four (4) Eaton Power Ware UPS Systems 60kVA/54kW at Camp As Saliyah, Qatar. This project consists of providing preventive maintenance, emergency repair maintenance, replacement of defective parts, periodic testing, and technical engineering support for Eaton Power Ware system. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is an attachment to this solicitation document and will be posted separately on FedBizOpps and on the http://usmilitarycontracting.com website. 3. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Services Contract with Option Years and IDIQ line items 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002 and 4002 - Performance continues beyond the base year if the Government exercises the following option year(s). The exercising of option years is dependent upon factors, such as satisfactory contractor erformance and whether the Government requires continuance of services. 5. The offeror's complete proposal must be received via email at michael.c.mctague@kuwai.swa.army.mil and grp.accqatar.assa@kuwait.swa.army.mil no later than 14 April 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Qatar-time. It is the offeror's responsibility to contact SFC McTague, to ensure the Government received the offeror's proposal before the stated deadline. 6. Proposed Period of Performance Base Year: 01 May 2012 - 30 April 2013 Option Year 1: 01 May 2013 - 30 April 2014 Option Year 2: 01 May 2014 - 30 April 2015 Option Year 3: 01 May 2015 - 30 April 2016 Option Year 4: 01 May 2016 - 30 April 2017 7.
