Contract Line Item Number(s): 0001: These requirements will be accomplished IAW the Request for Proposal (RFP). HaiVision maintenance only; support includes software maintenance for firmware, software patches and updates as well as an Advanced Maintenance/Replacement and Support Program with 0800 - 1700 local time coverage for each base. Support is required to sustain the enterprise ACC IPTV system, which supports 12 ACC bases. Costs for repairs and travel will not be separately billed and should be included in the cost of the maintenance support. 1001: These requirements will be accomplished IAW the Request for Proposal (RFP). HaiVision maintenance only support include software maintenance for firmware, software patches and updates as well as an Advanced Maintenance/Replacement and Support Program with with 0800 - 1700 local time coverage for each base. Support is required to sustain the enterprise ACC IPTV system. Costs for repairs and travel will not be separately billed and should be included in the cost of the maintenance support. 14. N/A 15. Description: Air Combat Command (ACC) requires the purchase of warranties on existing Enterprise Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) System hardware and software equipment currently located at 12 Air Combat Commands. The HaiVision equipment was purchased in 2011. The support services required include software maintenance for firmware, software patches and updates as well as an Advanced Maintenance/Replacement and Support Program with 0800 - 1700 local time coverage for each base. Support is required to sustain the enterprise ACC IPTV system, which supports 12 ACC bases. Request a certified HaiVision maintenance provider and a preferred partner of HaiVision. The quote for maintenance support services must be fully compatible with the existing HaiVision infrastructure.
