- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AN AWARD under FAR 6.320-1, Only One Responsible Source. Region 9, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Kelly Anderson Associates Inc. of Alexandria, VA for consultant work related to the development of Cooperative Conservation Partnerships. The work awarded under this contractual commitment will entail mediation services and other tasks to be determined. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541612. The size standard is $14.0 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
