- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for Maintenance Services for splash pad at Bradley Park, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA 93928. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four, one-year option periods with an anticipated start date around 01 May 2012. The estimated yearly contract requirements include: preventative maintenance, inspection of all major components including piping, and play products for signs of wear or damage, maintain appearance and cleanliness. This requirement will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract, 100% set aside for small business. This is a commercial services procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. The solicitation is available as an attachment. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 561790, with a small business size standard of $7 million.
