- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Beckman Coulter Equipment Maintenance W911S6-12-T-0009 -0001 Qty = Annual Maintenance for Beckman Coulter laboratory instruments (See Equipment List Below), to cover a one-year (12 month) base period and four (4) one-year (12 month) option year periods. The comprehensive coverage shall include, but not be limited to full service support for the equipment and instruments referred to in the equipment list, unlimited emergency service with no additional charges for on-site labor, travel time, travel costs, scheduled preventive maintenance visits, replacement parts and engineering modifications (required to maintain equipment functionality). NOTE: Option year CLINS are subject to the availability of funding in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. PLEASE BID HERE $____________________.
