- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the Nationwide Workforce Temporary Housing Program This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to fulfill its requirement to obtain commercially available temporary housing for USPTO employees on long term temporary duty (TDY) assignment in Detroit, Michigan and other locations which have yet to be formally determined. The Nationwide Workforce Temporary Housing Program requires specific criteria to be met, in order to maintain a successful program. Please see the attached combined synopsis/soliciation for further information. The offeror must meet the requirements as detailed in the attached combined synoposis/soliciation for Nationwide Workforce Temporary Housing Program. A written solicitation is requested in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached solicitation.
