- Attachment C - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment B - Past Performance Experience Form Attachment A - Offeror Submission Package Solicitation SP0600-12-R-0529 Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala Solicitation SP0600-12-R-0529 will be issued for Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) Services to receive, store, maintain quality and issue bulk U.S. Government-owned petroleum product, Turbine Fuel Aviation Grade JP-5, to the U.S. Navy, US Coast Guard and other DoD sponsored customers via pier side dedicated pipeline, vessel, and tank trucks for a five year period, November 1, 2012 - October 31, 2017, in Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala. Approximately 10,000 barrels of usable storage is required. All storage must be available at a single port. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The solicitation will be published electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. This is not a RFP, a promise to issue a RFP, or promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this synopsis or any subsequent announcement. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. Solicitation SP0600-12-R-0529 is hereby posted as of April 12, 2012. The closing date is May 29, 2012.
