- Description
- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego has requirement for the manufacturing of F18, Longerons, (5) each, part number: 74A324102-2021. The manufacturing process includes services to stretch form, heat treat, machine and trim parts per IGES files and drawing 74A324102-2021. The delivered parts shall include a Certificate of Conformance (IAW 52.246-15) to confirm that the parts were manufactured in accordance with the OEM specifications and drawings. The Government will provide the applicable drawings and technical data, solicit vendors that have the requisite capability to manufacture aviation parts, evaluate quotations and award a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Solicitation number N00244-12-T-0169 applies and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under FAR Part 13. The solicitation will open on April 17, 2012 and close on April 23, 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332811, and the business size standard is 750. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The method of invoicing and payment shall be by Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This synopsis announcement will close April 16, 2011. This solicitation shall be posted to NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/).
