Note 1: This requirement will be performed in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Closing due date indicated on the web site are tentative. The firm Closing due date is indicated at block 8 of SF1449 solicitation. Note 3: A preproposal site visit is scheduled on 19 Apr 2012 (Thursday).
